This project consisted of converting an existing commercial building to a youth dance studio. The building was approximately 16,000 sq ft with 3,000 sq ft of basement level. VED scope included architectural and structural design work, including code analysis, change of occupancy, reconstruction of damaged roof framing, and design of new exterior siding and store front.
