This project included the demolition and reconstruction of an existing commercial office building. The building is approximately 8,100 sq ft. VED scope included an initial demolition package and three phase electrical distribution/service entrance redesign. VED also completed the design of 3 tenant spaces, including a physical therapy office, a medical spa office, and a “Hot” yoga studio. The design of these spaces included architectural, electrical, and mechanical design, as well as accessibility and energy efficiency considerations.
