This warehouse is approximately 17,000 sq ft and included a front office area, truck docks, and split face masonry wall construction. VED Scope included architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical design for the commercial warehouse facility. Unique fire protection requirements exist for furniture storage and required interior fire rated walls and doors. Power distribution included three phase power for lighting and distribution.
